Choose Create account and enter your real name, display name, age and gender. You must be 18 or older. Confirm your email using the link in your inbox. Your display name is the name other people see. Open Profile to upload a photo, add interests and save your changes. A selfie check is available for a verified badge.
Open Swipe to browse people one at a time. Swipe right or tap Wave to say hello; swipe left or tap × to skip. Shared interests narrows the cards to people with interests in common. No check-in or location sharing is required. A first wave waits for the other person to wave back.
Open Chats to see incoming waves and your connections. Wave back to connect. Chat opens only when both people have waved. You can agree on a time and public place without exchanging an email address or phone number. Contact details in displayed chat text are hidden.
Nearby is the map experience. You can share your location or search for a public place manually. Choose an activity, place and how long you want to be visible, then check in. Location confirmation is available when your device is within 300 metres of the selected place. If GPS is unavailable, a selected place can still be used for an unconfirmed check-in. Other people see an approximate area, not your exact position. Tap Leave to end your check-in.
In a mutual chat, choose Plan a meeting. Pick a public café, date and time, select your connections and add any details. Send the invitation. Invitees can accept or decline. Directions opens Google Maps for the meeting place. The host can cancel the plan or mark it as met after meeting.
Open Community and browse Swipe events or List. Search a place or title, or choose Near me if you want to use your location. Post meetup lets you set an activity, title, public location, date and time, group size, details and conditions. Tap Join event to attend, Leave to withdraw, or Invite friends to share the invitation link. Swiping an event only changes the card; it does not join it.
Meet in a busy public place. Tell someone you trust where you are going, arrange your own transport and never send money to someone you just met. Ask before taking or sharing photos. Respect a declined wave or invitation. Use the ⋯ menu to block or report a person. If you feel unsafe, leave and contact local emergency services when needed.
